Innovation, Commercialization and International Collaboration

The International Network of Korean Entrepreneurs (“INKE”) is proud to host the First Canada-Korea Startup Venture Forum from March 25 to March 27, 2015. This Forum’s theme is “Innovation, Commercialization and International Collaboration”, with specific emphasis on Information, Communication and Technology sector.

We would like to invite you to the full program including venture presentations, one-to-one meetings, break-out sessions, luncheon and dinner. The official dinner of the Forum is on Thursday, March 26th, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will be attended by Ambassador Hee-Yong Cho of the Republic of Korea to Canada, Hon. Reza Moridi, Minister of Research & Innovation Ontario, the president of the Korean Venture Business Association and about 100 Korean and Canadian technology entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, scientists, engineers and corporate executives. This Forum will create the ideal deal-making, learning and networking opportunity.

It will include corporate presentations of some of the best Korean technology startups, private meetings for investments and collaborations, as well as networking opportunities to create new international contacts or simply reconnect with fellow investors or entrepreneurs.  The Forum will also give you valuable insight into the works of venture entrepreneurs from one of the fastest growing economies in the world.

The Forum is hosted by INKE and will be held at the Hilton Toronto Hotel (145 Richmond St. W.).  The INKE was established by Korean Venture Business Association to facilitate international collaboration among technology entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and the innovation research community. The INKE has chapters in 64 cities around the world.
